BE - DO - HAVE - THE SECRET FOR LONG TERM CHANGE

Happy New Year… 2022 here’s to you! What’s on your mind? Where are you at with this New Year? What will make this a fantastic year for you?

Today I am going to talk about why better nutrition is at the top of this list.
Every Emotion, biochemical, physiological, thought, action, energy, and resolution
require nutrition to be activated. There is one common element that activates vitamins,
proteins, carbohydrates, fats, water, enzymes, and hormones, directly or indirectly. It is a
true, natural, organic amino acid chelated mineral. This Is the form the body recognizes, can
access, and use for bio-availability throughout the body. It does not require being changed
via digestion, added chemicals to try and increase conversion and use, or rely on additives
that try to make the mineral bio-available instead of just absorb but not bio-available so the
body ends up eliminating through the toilet unused.
Sometimes what we are most afraid of doing is the very thing that will set us free. The
unknown is uncomfortable especially when you are looking right at a long-term habit.
There are three crucial things to be aware of and acknowledge. It takes energy from
minerals to initiate change at the cellular level, in the brain, and at the heart/emotion level.
That places a big demand on the body’s bio-available mineral levels. This is why nutrition is
at the top of the list. Without sufficient bio-available amino acid chelated minerals, the body
cannot sustain change, and eventually enthusiasm for the change will dwindle and stop.
Emotion is always first, whether you want it to be or not, it is. Love yourself enough to
be real. Emotions are here to cultivate, develop, and activate us to change. Stuffed
emotions are toxic to the body, accelerate aging, and drain one’s body of amino acid
chelated minerals, this affects one’s behavior and one’s perspective of life. Whatever it is
that you have a desire to change; you must first make the decision in your mind and in
your heart to make the emotional pivots and have sufficient mineral nutrition to support
the desired change
BE… DO… HAVE!
BE: represents the union of the mind and heart. When the mind and heart are “at one” that
supports complete commitment and desire.
DO: are the actions that we must do that will support the “BE.” For example;
Do you need to clear out a particular food or snacks from your home so it is not available to
circle back to a habit that is not serving you?
Do you need to go on a cash only budget to eliminate credit card debt?
Do you need to set a timer for how long you are engaged in social media, so you have more
time to support your being?
The common world standard constantly presents DO as the first item for change in
order to have something. The BE is completely ignored and not acted on. In
order to “Have” you must first “BE” this…then Do this… to Have this… !!!
Your ultimate goal. The BE is completely eliminated in the common worldly
standard. The world’s standard is focused on the DO and then by magic the
Have will somehow appear.
BE is the most important and the most powerful part of change. When a decision is
made from both the heart and mind, commitment is made and all other thoughts, actions
and things need to back it up and support the commitment. There is no need for a second
plan. It will only distract you from your BE and detour you away from your end goal of
HAVE.
HAVE will follow the BE if the BE and DO are in place with sufficientAMINO ACID
CHELATED MINERAL NUTRITION levels that are abundant in the body. This is a time
and true formulafor success. Quick fixes, short cuts, or other approaches will affect the
outcome equation for having the HAVE.
